Hot Air Soldering Station

Description
Hot air soldering station achieves welding by heating the soldering tin. It is made up of air pump, linear circuit board, airflow stabilizer, handle components and air blower gun. Air pump is inside a black box and it is mainly used for blowing out air. The air then flows to the front handle along the rubber tube.

Advantages
1. Hot air soldering station has antistatic function which can be used for protecting PCB faceplate when there is static electricity or electric leakage.
2. It has automatic sleep function which helps to reduce power consumption. With automatic cooling function, the bassoon and heating element can be protected.
3. When the temperature of handle is more than 90°C the instrument will stop power supply automatically. This reduces the possibility of damaging the handle.
4. Hot air soldering station has small size therefore it saves working place. Besides, air volume and temperature of this instrument can be adjusted.

Notes
1. During working process, the temperature of tuyere and discharged hot air are very high. Please pay attention to it in case of scalding and do not touch the tuyere.
2. When using hot air soldering station, please do not put the tuyere directly to the parts to be processed in case of damaging.
3. Pay attention to the wind power and temperature. If they are too strong, the heat with too wide range will damage the other parts around.
4. Pay attention to personal safety. When the instrument is just closed, please do not touch the tuyere.
5. After welding, please switch off the power of hot air soldering machine. The air pressure gun will continue to blow out air. Please unplug the power plug until the air injection finished.

Maintenance
1. During soldering, please do not knock the soldering iron too hard. Otherwise it will damage the heater easily in high temperature.
2. After power off, the heating tube will eject cooling air automatically for a short time. During this cooling period please do not unplug the power plug. Otherwise it will affect the service life of heater.
